Liability & Participation Waiver
Participation in the Let It Fly mobile golf simulator experience involves physical activity and interactive elements that carry inherent risks. This liability waiver is required for all individuals participating in events utilizing our mobile simulator equipment. Please read the following terms carefully.
Acknowlegment of Risks
- Potential of being struck by golf balls or equipment
- Possible injuries resulting from swinging golf clubs or erratic ball flight
- Strenuous physical exertion and activity associated with golf swings
- Risk of tripping or falling around simulator equipment and power cables
- Variations in weather or ground conditions at event sites impacting safety
Note for Minors: Participants under the age of 18 must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian to be eligible for activity.
